UPC Online – Terms of Service & User Agreement

Welcome to UPC Online (“Platform”), operated by Ultimate Poker of Champions (“UPC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Entertainment Platform Only
UPC Online is a free-to-play entertainment and community platform intended for social and recreational use.
UPC Online does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, or cash-based poker games through the Platform.
Virtual chips, rankings, points, leaderboards, tournament standings, achievements, and other in-platform items:
- Have no real-world monetary value
- Cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes unless explicitly stated
- Cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real currency
Users are solely responsible for complying with their local laws regarding online gaming and participation.
2. Eligibility
By using UPC Online, you confirm that:
- You are at least 21 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction
- You are legally permitted to use the Platform
- All information provided during registration is accurate and truthful
UPC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
3. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
You agree not to:
- Share accounts with other individuals
- Use another player’s account without permission
- Create fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts
- Attempt to manipulate rankings, tournaments, or platform systems unfairly
UPC reserves the right to suspend, reset, or terminate accounts involved in abuse, exploitation, collusion, cheating, or disruptive behavior.
4. Community Conduct
You may not:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
- Use hateful, discriminatory, or offensive language
- Engage in cheating, collusion, stream sniping, or unfair play
- Attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
- Upload harmful or malicious content
UPC reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
5. Live Events and Tournament Participation
UPC Online may connect with live UPC events, venues, tournaments, standings, or promotional activities.
Participation in UPC Online events, satellites, rankings,
or promotional activities does not guarantee:
- Entry into live events
- Eligibility for promotional rewards
- Bonus chip awards
- Sponsorship opportunities
- Leaderboard placement
- Prize availability
UPC reserves the right to modify, deny, suspend,
or cancel any tournament, promotion, ranking system,
or live event at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
All UPC branding, logos, graphics, platform designs, content, and media are property of UPC or its respective licensors and sponsors.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use UPC content without written permission.
7. Streaming, Media, and Public Content
UPC events and online activities may be streamed, recorded, photographed, or featured in promotional media.
By participating on the Platform or in UPC-related events, users grant UPC permission to display usernames, rankings, gameplay results, and related media content for promotional, broadcast, or community purposes.
8. Platform Availability
UPC Online is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, events, rankings, or services at any time without notice.
UPC is not responsible for:
- Technical outages
- Connection issues
- Lost progress
- Data interruptions
- Third-party platform failures
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UPC and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
10. Termination
UPC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or for behavior deemed harmful to the community or platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
UPC may update these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
